Woody Honey delivers packaged honey throughout India. If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, we will promptly notify you.
- Order Processing Time
After you place your order, we begin processing it within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location. For remote or difficult-to-access areas, delivery may take a bit longer. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders that exceed a certain value, which will also be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this to follow your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.
- Terms for Cancellation

- Eligibility for Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For any assistance, please contact our customer service team and we will try our level best to accommodate your request, if possible.
- Requesting a Cancellation: To cancel an eligible order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at woodyhoney.customerservice@gmail.com . Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Eligible Cancellations: For orders cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of confirmation of the cancellation.
- Ineligible Cancellations: If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. For any assistance, please contact our customer service team and we will try our level best to accommodate your request, if possible.
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing any products, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for the damaged or incorrect items to be replaced, or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
- Return and Refund Policy
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of our products once they have been delivered. However, if there is a genuine issue with the product you received (e.g., it is damaged or does not match your order), we are happy to arrange a refund or replacement. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours, and you can expect the amount to reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate the process.
