    1.  Woody Honey, a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 4th Floor, B/404, Rainbow Chs Ltd Off C S Road, Avdhut Nagar, Dahisar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400068 represented by its Director, Mr. Arjun Chadha (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), is inter alia engaged in the business of selling healthy foods & beverages to its consumers.
